At this directly managed store, you can enjoy Miyazaki Prefecture’s branded eel, “Himuka Yamamichi Unagi,” which surpasses even natural ones.
The eel is grilled using a method called “Kansai-style Jiyaki,” where it’s cooked solely over charcoal. The outside of the eel is crisp and fragrant, while the inside has a soft and fluffy texture, making it an exquisite dish without any unpleasant smell.
The site manager’s daughter (who was 8 years old at the time) was moved to tears, exclaiming, “It’s so delicious, it makes me cry!”
