“Vegibier” is a restaurant specializing in jibie(game meat) and vegetable dishes. The game, focusing on deer and boar, is prepared without any of the unique gamey odor, allowing you to enjoy only the rich flavors. The boar carpaccio and minced meat cutlets (pictured) are particularly exquisite.
The vegetables are full of flavor and taste incredibly fresh. The tomato cocktail is purely sweet, and the fried potatoes might just be the best in Japan!
