When the administrator visited, it was autumn. The menu allowed for a full enjoyment of Japan’s autumnal season, featuring items such as Karasumi from Hyogo, oysters from Suruga Bay, local chicken (Bimidori) salad, and Matsutake mushroom rice from Nagano.
Additionally, a carefully curated selection of local sake from across the country is available, chosen to complement the seasonal dishes.
