Tonkatsu IMAI

Adjacent to the Karuizawa Prince Street Seizan Golf Course Clubhouse is a Tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant, with only terrace seating available.

The Tonkatsu, made from Nagano Prefecture’s Tateshina pork—a renowned brand of pork—is exceptionally juicy and full of flavor. In addition to two types of sauces, the restaurant recommends Himalayan salt and Japanese mustard. The rice, cooked in a clay pot, pairs perfectly with the hearty Tonkatsu.

It’s a great spot for lunch or dinner after a round of golf.
